Gin Bacûr

This fantastic gin comes from Veneto in Northern Italy. Juniper berries, sage leaves, and lemon peel are soaked in a mixture of water and alcohol for a long time before being double distilled. These three ingredients emerge cleanly in the fragrance that opens with juniper, which is supported by delicious citrus notes and ends with small hints of sage.

The taste appears clean, soft, and balanced. It warms the mouth without being aggressive and leaves a nice, welcoming impression of the 3 ingredients.

Perfect like the classic GT, but Bottega itself also recommends what they call a Bottega Rock & Soul with ginger beer.
